Steph looked like she was trying to hold her lunch down a moment. “What? Vella! I'm dating Tim where would you get an idea like that?"

I breathe a sigh of relief. “Whew! Well Pan has been bothering me lately..."

“Huh? But your not..."

"Nope.”

"Since when is she?"

“Beats me."


"Well she's either wasting her time or messing with your head for some reason."

I think about it. "Maybe it's some psych out thing before the next tournament? We Vegetas have a rivalry with the Sons you know. "

“Yet your like best friends with them all our sister married one.” Spoiler points out.

“I know but still... It's complicated, my dad and Goku's battle seemed to go to us I guess. So why did you ask me here?"

" Okay I talked to Robin the other day, and he thinks I should have someone who would threaten to beat up the others if they don't follow my orders Before Cass comes back, and after your mind control romp you scared me Vel I thought it should be you. I don't have the dark and scary thing going for me that Cassandra does. Nor do I have Vincent backing me up."

" So you want me to be you back up? Okay." I give my best mean face.

Spoiler sighs. “You look like a mad bunny. It only seems to work when your actually angry. Maybe you should take some intimidation lessons from Jason?"

I groan at the mention of his name. “What’s wrong?" she asks.


“It’s just I dunno, he doesn't like me, In fact any guy I get interested in doesn’t like me. Rayan was all in love with Justice. The less said about Talon the better. I had a crush on Conner, but there is no way I'm going to try and get between him and Wondergirl. She's suffered enough. Maybe I should become a nun? "

I start staring at my drink when someone shouts " Stephanie Brown!" You’re alive! I look up its Kon.

“ Kon-El your a master of the obvious" She jokes.

“Does Tim know? This is great!"

“Um yes, Kon? Have you been on stupid juice?"

He looks at me. “Bra? What happened to you?"

“This isn’t Bra dumb ass! It's her younger sister."

“Oh wow I didn't know, Bra had a younger sister. I can see why though vegeta must have been hiding you somewhere your pretty hot."

I started giggling I can't help it.

Spoiler grabs Kon. And whispers. “Conner are you feeling okay? You've known Vella ever since you've been back from the dead. "

" But I just came back from the dead yesterday." Then his eyes go all white " Ah ha! Telescopic Vision has found Tim And Cassie I'll go tell them I'm back They'll be so happy!"


He flies off. " What the? Vella follow him And make me aring something or other to follow with I want to see what's going on , And I'm going to call Conner, I mean the other Conner, Unless this all some stupid practial joke , then I'm gonna put some Kryptonite in an uncomfortable place. "

When we catch up to Conner Robin and Wondergirl are debating cloning Bart. Oh boy another Inertia, like the one we already have isn't pervy enough. When Kon Jumps up on them "Surprise I'm back."

" Not now Kon!" Tim growls when I feel the exact same Ki pop up.

" Yeah Not now because he ain't me. Match What the Hell is your game now?"

“Match? Dude your Match! What have you been takin' my place while I've dead You bastard!"

And the two start fighting. Is it bad I kinda liked that they tore each others shirts?

Then all of the sudden from like no where Superman pops up and stops the two from fighting. “Okay I want an explanation.”

" Project: Cadmus Just cloned me again, they figured out how Lex had created me without goin' all Bizzaro , and put my memories in the clone. They’ve been trying since I died to bring me back."

“Dude I've been back for like sometime now! I was wished back!"

" Pfft! That's stupid."

Superman Rolls his eyes . " Oh Rao! Two of him. Robin? Do you have any problem with seeing Raven and Miss Martian to confirm their stories? "

" None. But they're all at Wayne Manor until we find our home."

" Convenient. I'm sure Batman will want to check both Kons' DNA."

After we followed and the Titans did all the tests. They finally can I help with my ring and tech, Well it the tests come up like this. “They are both Young Conner, though one has changed from his experiences in being alive.” Raven announces.


Superman sighs " Looks like I'll have a talk with Project: Cadmus' Director. "

Robin Shakes his head “Two Conners . I've had nightmares like this."

Wondergirl smiles " I've dreamt about something like that myself."

" Ew!" Tim Answers.

“AW man!" I let out.

" Casandra looks over " What is it Vella? Something wrong?"

“Oh nothing I was just kinda hoping maybe I could have one of the Conners."

She gives me this odd look. Boy did that come out wrong.

Spoiler: Getting our teammates back

Vincent was pacing around muttering something in some language I don't understand, I guess Japanese or whatever saiyans speak.

“Well I don't know how." Ironlad was ignoring Vincent. “But This energy is affecting people's brains making them act on their baser instincts and It's mostly centered here at the park, yeah the naked thing is the less bad thing going on but look at this .." He turns on the TV and the city is in full on riot mode.

“So why the frag ain't we affected?" Slobo asks.

“That’s the problem we are, and eventually all of us are going to be running in the feild doing the free love thing, then beating each other up, my armor gives me some protection, But It's starting to get to me we have to stop this Dionysus or this city maybe the world will be brought into chaos."


I grin "so that's why you touched me? Good now Robin doesn't have to kill you."

“Yeah, that's it, I'm going to have to live in this armor until this blows over aren't I? Well for right now put this in your mask it'll block out some of it." He hands me a microchip. “One for Slobo and one for you Vince”.


“No. It's bringing out my anger, I need it to get my sister and my girlfriend back to normal I'm going to beat that Greek god into wine!"

“Okay Vincent just don’t kill us alright?" I ask.

" Hmph. I'm not mad at you Stephanie. “He growls." Let's go already!"

After getting to the park Anthony pinpoints where the energy is coming from Greek temple looking thing. “Huh. This marble is like nothing I've ever seen." He blasts it and all hell breaks loose we're attacked by rioters and centaurs, and goat men?

One of them grabs me. “Hey watch the hands buddy!" I shout head butting the weirdo " I ain't into freaky goat men!"

"Satyrs." Vincent States In between growls.

“What?" I ask.

“You didn't take mythology did you? They're Satyrs."

"Stop coming up with all these useless facts you one year old!"

" Bah! I'm as old as you are girl mentally. "

Slobo grabs a centaur and throws it between us. " Shaddup both of ya! I can't hear my self frag these Bastiches. "

Someone grabs me from behind, while I'm knocking down some rioters. " Hey Stephy is that you under there?" He pulls my mask off I threw him off Down on the ground. " Dean? What the hell are you doing in California?"

" Oh. You don't know do ya Stephy? Ever since your identity was outed after evereyone thought you were dead , well I've been famous for nailin' the girl Robin. I was here to go on a talk show about ya ."

What? Evreyone knows who I am? And this douche who left me with his kid is making money off of me? Before I can beat on him I hear " Ewwww! Ya slept with that?"

" Not now Inertia!" I scream hitting this punk.

" Grife! I hope ya were drinkin' because seriously that dude is hideous! I lost what little respect I had fer ya."

“Hey go back to being mind controlled and shut up!"

Cass Pops Up. “He is... Ugly."

“Hey! You dated Zero." I complain.

“I didn't... Sleep with him."

“Enough of this!" Dionysus commands. " this is the kind of stress I am trying to end. She went with her instincts... "

“Yeah but that dude is like an aardvark." Inertia laughs.
“I’m right here." Dean complains.

" Good I want ya to hear this. Your disgustin'!"

“Enough of this defend the temple!" The god orders.

Vella went after Iron Lad. While Inertia just goes around hitting one of us everey couple of seconds, Especially Slobo. Vincent goes all mad, and charges in SS4 Dionysyus. “You bastard! If you’ve touched Cass I'll crush you!"

“You’re the one called Vincent are you not? Yes she kept saying only you could be with her, I'll have to get rid of that."

"Your not doing anything! Final Shine!"

Me? I end up getting the bad luck of fighting Cass.

I'm going to end up knocked out again I just know it.

Vella was Beating up poor Anthony until he zapped her with something caled "neural Chaff."

" Now you can't use the ring." Anthony declares.

She grins. “I still have my saiyan powers." She knocks him into the sky. " this is why we could never date iron Boy! You’re such a wimp. “He blasted her with repulsors.

" Oh Crap! Vella I'm sorry!"

She gets up smiling creepy smiling. “That’s it baby! Act like a warrior! Galick Gun!" I like Vella better not all crazed on baser instinct energy and not all saiyany.

Vincent, was being beat up by and beating up the so called wine god. " Poor mortal. Fighting to protect the status quo! My temple amplifies my power. and with more that beleive in me the more I can free people!"

"Like I care!" He crushes one of the pillars. Then Inertia, and Vella start acting some what more normal.

But Cass well she knocks me out I knew it!

Since I was seeing stars at the moment, I didn’t see it happen but Vella. Iron Lad, and Vincent all Blasted the temple destroying it and.

"Vulcan is not going to forgive me for letting mortals destroy his work. You have done nothing but delay me!" Then he vanishes, I don't know if he was really a god or not but he was crazy.


Evreything got back to normal right in time for Christmas. And lookie what Tim got me!

Cool Huh? I bought Cass a robe though she hasn't streaked since Dionysus was defeated. I don't want her giving Stark and Thawne any ideas or have Vincent put one of them in the hospital. Then the worst thing happened. Cass and Vince said they were cashing in some trip Vampirella gave them so they work out all the stuff they've been through and they left me in charge. Me? I can't lead a horse to water. Why me?

Ironboy/Lad: fun at the park

Stephanie Brown interrupts my maintenance on the armor. “Okay Inertia, Anthony I which one of you told Cassandra it was okay to run around naked?"

I roll my eyes this is what this is about? “She’s been doing that ever since I've been here, I just thought she had no modesty or something."

" Hey I ain't complainin'." The uncouth Inertia grins. “If she wants ta streak I see no problem.

" She didn't do that back when I knew her, She was kinda shy."

Inertia 's smile gets bigger. “Maybe ya didn't know about it? Maybe she used ta show off fer yer boyfriend all'a time."

" No! She didn't pervert!" Spoiler yells. “The first time I heard about her doing it Was just now when Bulma called all freaked out about it, oh and Tim is nothing like you!"


“No kiddin. If it was me you wouldn't have had another dude's kid."

She tries to punch him and of course speed boy is gone by the time her hand gets there.

I put may hand around Stephanie's shoulder. “You know this just goes to show that Batgirl is not fit for leadership. Yes she can fight, but she doesn't know anything about the world." My hand goes a little lower on her, until I grab her butt.

And she turns and says "Anthony..."

“Yes Steph."

Then her elbow goes into my gut. “Touch me like that again, and I'll break every bone in your body."

After she leaves I hear this laughter. " Man ya ain't Fraggin' smooth at all. And besides I doubt anyone is gonna wanna follow Tony Stark on the unregistered side of the fence."


" Look Slobo...." I start.


" Nah you look ya begginin ' ta act just like Stark. Except fer the whole evil plan of the week thing he does. And also yer a newbie like me ya ain't gonna lead them anywhere Dude. Now get dressed up in your fancy suit. We're supposed to get all those tryout idiots outta the park."


Yeah I forgot all about that when Vincent quit Batgirl wanted to get a replacement and a bunch of guys who shouldn't even put on a cape came out and congregated in the park where Inertia keeps claiming he saw a centaur.


Slobo had some kind of souped up flying alien motorcycle we could all fit in Well good I don't want to waste armor charge on a milk run. After picking up the saiyan twins and Batgirl, we ended up getting people out like Lemur boy the son of some lame Lemur themed super villain he had the powers of a lemur I don't mean proportionate. I mean of an actual lemur.


Some ugly Kid who called himself ugly half naked lad. A hottie named Sweet 16 who the girls were all against joining just because she had pheromone powers, lucky me I wasn't affected since my armor was filtering it and other losers.

For some reason after we get those people to go home the others want to spend the day in the park and change out of their costumes. Me? Something is telling me to stay in my armor.

It could be because random people are running around stripping and I don't want to be defenseless around that lot. Vella, , Cass and Inertia, where all for it While me Spoiler, Slobo, and Vincent were a bit apprehensive. People should not be acting like this in public.

My sensors kept catching some weird energy from something around here. Finally after we split up, Batgirl finds this dude, my audio sensors caught his name as Dion Bacchus.

Not that I really cared all that much about the fact he was obviously making a play for Cassandra. Let Vincent handle his relationship problems.



You know I'm going to have to remember that "Natural Instincts” line. But of course Vincent is the one that "Wrong!" Before he grabs on to the dude and pushes him away from his girlfriend.

" Stay away from her you old freak!"

A half saiyan half human? Well will wonders never cease? I could have sworn the two kinds could not produce offspring. I suppose there is often a surprise even for one that has lived ages."


Vincent growls I don't know or care what your talking freak, Just stay away from my girl. "

"She is not "yours” mortal. The ideas that you poor beasts have created just to complicate your lives, that is why I am here though to free you and return you to your natural states."


“Whatever pal." Vincent yells. “You’re not doing it with Cassandra." He punches the Bacchus dude but his fit is grabbed and Vincent is knocked out of the park with a punch from Bacchus.

“Leave my domain until you are ready to accept my gifts, and make no mistake the entire world will eventually accept them.”

Neither me, Slobo or Spoiler could get the others to leave. So we had to leave them there, and stop Vincent, from going back to fight the that one punched him out of the park.

"I can't leave her there with that guy! Who knows what he'll do to her! He's controlling her mind somehow I can feel it!"


That was kind of a weird statement. Though it is obviously some kind of mind control, we end up going back to base because we need some kind of plan. Me and Vincent build a larger sensor to get at the source of the weird energy

Though I did most of the work since he's not really focusing, or Vella is just much better at this than he is I don't know. But whatever we got it done. Then Spoiler chimes inn. " Hey guys I've been looking up the name Dion Bacchus. He started a cult in Greece some time back but he had a run in with Hercules."

“Does it explain anything about his powers?" I ask.


“Well Hercules is a little weird you know he thinks he's a god right? Well he claims Bacchus is a fake name an alias for his brother."

" Which one? " I say.

"Dionysius the god of wine."

I think to my self that's crazy, but then again I share a house with a streaking martial artist, two half aliens, one who wears a ring that can do just about anything, a guy created from an alien's blood drop, and a girl that used to be dead. So some Greek god running around doesn't sound that insane.

Vincent: Night with the Teen Titans

So I guess I'm back with the team. Though things have been weird between me and and Cass. But I go to the house to be welcomed back, when I see this.

Well Inertia, and Anthony are happy, but You know pop just said that Tameraneans had no nudity taboo, so I'm not really worried about it. But you know I did have to ask him. "You didn't help enslave them did you?"

" No, Boy Some Tameraneans were employed by Freiza. I was friends with a couple of them, that's all...” And since Starfire has never had any problems with the name Vegeta. I guess he had nothing to do with it.


Any way it sort of settled down after that until Anthony found Joey in his Maxim magazines. He chased him around in his armor for a while until they got tired, and Inertia and Beast Boy had a fight over what they wanted to watch on TV.


Then there was the Conner/Spoiler shower incident which I guess gave Tim the idea to see The other Cassandra in the shower as some kind of way of getting even. Though I'm getting all this from hearing about it later none of this could be the way it really happened.

Any way he apparently rips open the curtain saying “Sorry Cass." And Vella was in there. “Um what are you doing in here?"

" I always use this shower when I'm here Tim, well Cass is probably in her cave unless it's blonde Cass, then dunno know where he is."

“But this was her room... I'm sorry. "

Vella Shrugs. " Why you want to use the shower or something? Well let me get all the shampoo out of my hair , and I'll leave you can have it."

And Robin Backs away with his hands in his eyes. and trips over a trash can. While Vella stares at him. " Huh. Guess he didn't want the shower. Oh well."

I heard about this from Spoiler When she asked me not to kill Robin. I was like " Why would I do that? "

"Um didn't you hear about the Tim shower thing?"

"Yeah Vella told me but she told me the same way she'd tell you about the weather. He didn't touch her right?"


" No."

"And she's not mad about it, a little amused I think. It was an accident anyway so no problem. If it was Conner on the other hand... Well he'd get a beating."

Spoiler rolls her eyes. at the mention of Conner. But she walks off satisfied I'm not going after Tim. Okay as for the me and Cass thing, Well we keep going through uncomfortable around each other to hot love moments I don't know But i do know II had better not see Azreal running around here again. or Jean Paul is going back to the dead.

then the weidest part of the day happens This little skinny Lobo looking thing walks in and announces " I hear yer lookin' fer a replacement well the Main Teen is here."


“Uh we don't need a replacement anymore I'm back." I say matter of factly.

“Well where’s Question and the other guy? Looks like yer a little shorthanded but don't worry I'll take up the slack."

“Um Look Lobo..." I start.

" That's Slobo Bastich. But don’t worry I know ya Saiyans are a lil' slow."

I hate him already.

Spoiler: Mind control and drama

That serum sucked. First it made me Act like That Deathstroke guy was my master. I ain't gotta master. Second I acted like Paris Hilton. I hit on any thing that moved. That serum is bad news. I couldn't believe I was fighting Tim.

He jabbed me with the antidote for it. And I acted when my mind cleared, We had a moment. That was messed up By Kon and Vincent smacking each other into buildings and blasting each other. Ugh! I can't believe I thought Superdork was cute.

After the two flying bricks get tired of showing each other who's the alpha male. They actually start fighting along side us again but by then Deathstroke had kidnapped his daughter.

We Legacy guys said we can we could help the Titans get her back when Wonder girl Says " You've helped enough." Jeez I guess the Amazons have taught her their version of tact. Then again Vincent did frak up by attacking Conner.

But the Titans left us with the bunch of pissed off Bad guys. But all of the sudden The JLA, the X-men, The Avengers and a bunch of others. All attack.

Next thing I know I see a bunch of green and we're in West City. “Wow! That took a lot out of me." Vella sighs.

" Huh?" I know I was out of it for a while, but I really feel like I missed something.

"Uhh! All those super heroes that came in the end? " Vel smiles tiredly. " My Ring took a lot a lot of concentration to make them not appear green. And I teleported us and all the victims from Bludhaven here and I'm wiped. "

I thought those rings were easy to operate then again I've never tried. Any whoo I felt pretty guilty about what I did about being under the serum. Until Cass Told me what she did under it.

Okay I did nothing compared to that stuff. “Did you act all slutty too Cass?"


I .. um hit on Tim." She gets all embarrassed.

" Woah!" I shout. “Holy foster family incest Batman!"

“Shut... Up." She laughs. “It’s... Good to have you back. "

"Good to back." Inertia interrupts. “I liked ya the other way better.”

And Stark boy nodded. While Vincent on the other hand grunted" You were annoying."



Speaking of Vincent and Cass this horrible thing happened okay I'm getting all this stuff second hand, but it started When Azreal, and Cass went to stop these thugs They didn't know that Vincent and this saiyan whore Celery or something. was watching them.

Now I'm not the world's greatest detective or anything but I know a set up when I hear one. Cass planned with Az, this way with body language.



Meanwhile Homebreaker Saiyan was telling Vince. “You see the two of them have a unique language. He is her own kind. You should stay with yours a saiyan."

“She is my kind Celra." Vincent responds. "I'm half human."

" The saiyan half trumps the other my prince. Your father was wrong we are nothing like them. "

Well after Batghoul and Az. Take down the crooks. Az kisses her which gets Vincent all angry.. Now I can't can’t get either of their stories straight. But I got what I did get was Vince's mind was poisoned by The Celery What the frack ever her name is. Neither him nor Cass really have that much experience with life in general.

Any way they broke up, and Vincent went off with the skank I really hope he ain't screwing her. Because I've seen her, and she's looks like the type that would be carrying like intergalactic syphilis or something.

That and I know what it's like to wake up next to the wrong person, and well I ended up pregnant by that wrong person. I don't wanna see My former teammate mess up his life like that.

Yeah Vincent quit. And poor Cass was looking forward to her first dance. That and I think she really loved that block head. I think Or at least I thought Vince did so with her as well.

But if Jean Paul was trying to get Cass as his barley legal arm candy he had the exact opposite effect. She's acting all serious, and is all business now like a certain billonare in Gotham.

She's hiding in her cave and when she does come out it's only to fight and train. And I'm pissed off. I and Vella are gonna talk to Vincent soon, but as for Cass she refuses to talk about anything but business.

Ya know I could just castrate Jean Paul Valley, But I've done the next best thing, I've tattled to Bats. And And he didn't really act like he was mad but from the time I hung around him as Robin I know when he's hiding that rage.

I wish I could watch what was going to happen, with popcorn. Too bad I'm gonna be busy. Cass wants to get a replacement for Vince on the team, and that means a cattle call. This is gonna blow.

Batgirl: My friend is missing, and my son.. is hurt.

Spoiler.. Has been missing .. for days.. her um daughter is worried. So Ami. She was my first real.. friend. I .. Had beat up and threatened a bunch of.. um criminals.. but they don't know where she is.

I went back home to the cave. I heard someone walking .. around in there.

"I walk towards it to see if it's Stephanie.. or Vincent. but it .. turned out to be.. My old trainer ?? Alpha .. Who I asked .. to um Watch.. Bruce .. My son ....and try to get.. him out of.. the LOA.

Him.. And my fried.. Azreal.. were dragging Bruce in who was bleeding.

" What happened?" I demand.

" He had a run in with Ra's Al Ghul." Alpha says.

He puts Bruce down into a bed. Azreal gives me.. a look that makes.. me feel weird. " You've grown up well."

I remember the first time .. we met..



This... I didn't.. like the way he looked at .. me.

Bruce .. um protested " You should have taken me to a Lazarus Pit! I Look In Vincent's um jacket and find... One of those.. Um healing .. beans. I gave thit.. to Bruce.

" Ha! a Senzu haven't seen one of those in years." He eats it. " Man. I need to sleep. You don't mind ido you mom? God I hope this isn't the bed I was conceived on.

I don't know what.. that ..means ." I tell him.. but he's already asleep.

Azreal looks at me again.." Your not really sleeping with a non human are you?"

" He's half human.. " I mutter.

" So he's not really human or an alien, I'm sorry Cass but you need a man not a thing."

Before I can.. Answer... That Vella runs in. " "My ring has found Steph we gotta go!"

So I get my uh costume.. and go with the rest of the team... to Bludhaven... In a big green.. plane Vella made up.

When Vincet saw. it was.. Bludhaven where we went.... He put his arm around me. " Hey babe if it's too tough for you to be here, Vella can 'port you back though I don't like how that blond dude was looking at you. "


" No I'm OK. " I lie I want.. to get Stephanie.. and get out.

The ring tells us.. She's in a building That Vincent tells me says " Victim's shelter" on the front. Steph comes out.... In a weird costume.




" My master said you would all come here. Goodie! Now we can be one happy team all over again."

" Master? What are ya talkin' about Spoiler?" Thad .. um yells.

" Me. Thaddeus. " A voice comes out from.. behind... us. I turn.. and see Slade. .. That..That..B- - Bastard.. is .. drugging.. and using... Steph like .. he did.. me. I only.. se red.. and have one thought.. hurt Slade. Before I can make .. as move opther villians come out.

"Damn it! A trap!" Vincent yells.



Meanwhile

Alpha Gives a long lecture to Azreal about how if jean--Paul hurt Batgirl, Alpha would shoot him. “Besides." He points at Bruce Cain. “Looks like you don't get what you want anyway.”

“You really think because a time traveler pops up that his birth is destiny? Please!" Azreal laughs.

“Whatever boy. Just watch out because if you hurt that kid either me, The Bat. Or Nightwing is going to either kill you, or put you in a hospital so do yourself a favor psycho stay away."

Alpha leaves through the teleporter that Bruce had told him about when he was injured. Azreal stares at the time traveler. "Your not destiny pal no matter what you may think." Cain just snores in response.

" So At least you finally are going after your own kind and not the Drakulonian." a voice laughs from a dark corner.

" Who's there?" Azreal commands.

" I'm a saiyan named Celera, And I've been watching the royal Family ever since a filthy Skrull killed my father. He lead our saiyan colony until we discovered that the old king was alive. Before he died he wanted me to marry the prince so we could get our authority back. I want to fulfill his last wish."


“So what you’re saying is you in love with the Vincent guy?" Azreal grins.

“Right. No love is a human thing that unfortunately has infected the new King. He has lived on this world too long and has begun to act like you humans. Prince Vincent is a means to an end, that and his super saiyan genes will make great off spring." And she thinks to her self "Ending up with this fool will be the perfect punishment for that ... Cass thing defeating me in battle."

"So what do you propose?" Valley Queries.

“We break those two up and get the ones we want." She stares over at Bruce Cain and spits. That Batgirl does not deserve to birth an heir to the throne."

"Whatever saiyan you got a deal." Azreal states.

Vincent: Future Party

So I went with Bats, Cass and some lady to In the future. Captian Picard's ship was nice. What I saw of it because I ended up in the brig.
it was because of this dude that looked like a jumbo version of my dad. Not fat I mean tall. About 6 foot, maybe 6'1. With this really hot woman. I mean usually I don't like them older than me but something about her....



Cass got mad and punched me and Dad clone walked up to me. He drunkenly slurs. " Looking at my woman huh? "

" What are you my brother? Cousin? The inbreed uncle dad doesn't talk about? " i sneer.

" Damn Arrogance. Hmph! Maybe I should beat that outta ya." he grins. " You really don't recognize me huh? Maybe it's the hair. You don't get it do you? You've seen me before, moron."

Then he punches me across the holodeck. " I know I didn't turn out like last time you saw me but come on you've seen the both of us before , though I gotta admit that future didn't happen. But man you are dumb not to recognize me. Did you get hit on the head a lot or something?"

I fly at him, and get ready to try something I haven't before, And he blocks it, What the? Next thing I Know I'm zapped by phasers and thrown into the brig.

The drunk Laughs " We really are an idiot aren't we? Well for all of our brain power. "

" Bah! What are you babbling about you drunk?" I ask.

" I'm not a drunk. That's Anthony, I've been through Hell being locked up in a cell by Black Zero, and everyone assuming I was dead all those years. I was blowing off steam. It's been some time since that happened but seeing you reminded me of it. That and the younger version of our son."

" Our son? " I spit in disgust. "What are you talking about?"

" I'm you stupid."

" Prove it." I challenge.

" Hmmm Okay. You sleep with a teddy bear, You once caught Vella making out with a a ring construct of Conner Kent. You once had a dream about Stephanie that made you sceram, Yet part of you liked it need I go on?"

" Please no." I yell. " Okay your me what the Hell? Why'd you attack me? and is that woman ?"

" Cass? Yeah it's her. And how often does a saiyan get to fight himself? You know there's so much I want to say to you warn you about you know?"

I stop him" Wait aren't you I don't know not supposed to tell me the future out of fear it'll change?"

" Bah! Like I care besides with Bruce running around the timeline It's probably going to change any way. Okay first off next time you meet Bruce don't be hard on him."

" He's a murder." I sneer.

" So's pop, and Cabain. " He counters. " Hs, and Caabain will fail to reach Bruce But he does listen to you and Cass. He respects you though he doesn't act like it. He's not that bad a kid but then again, I know him better than you. That and no matter what your blood still runs through his veins. "

" Whatever. So how long have you I mean us stay with Cass? "

He sighs " We wasted a lot of time breaking up over stupid arguments getting back together,or just using each other for fun. Beleive me flings with other girls aren't all that great when you know the one you should be with is off doing who knows what. So what you need to do is hold on to Cassandra and never let go. "


Finally the Klingon let's out and he goes back to his time I get to listen to Bats chew me out when we get back to ours. I'm so damned happy to get away from that jerk.

Cass glares at me then says " Did.. You talk to him?"


" Yeah he's me I guess. "

" I know.. I um reconised him as.. soon as I .. saw him. And I noticed.. she .. was me. ' We talked.. I don't want.. to live her life."

" We don't have to. It's not destiny."

" Yes.. than. Let's decide.. Not to um... break up."

Before I say anything vella runs into Cass' Batcave. " Guys! Spoiler's missing!" Great.

So this is it. The team has had their first couple of missions, and I've taught them everything I know. They drifted apart, and are now back together, because of the TX. It's odd that I like every one of them. When we first started I could really only stand Cassandra.

Batgirl has grown into a role she was unused to but has done well. I was afraid Vincent would ,and Vella would be psychotic like their father, Turns out neither one of them are, makes me wonder if Vegeta really is.


Spoiler has proved she can get better if she has a mentor that actually gives her a chance. She does better if your more fair with her than Batman is willing to be.

Iron boy is more heroic than this other self.

And Inertia is a punk, but he seems to want to stick with the others. Now is the time to see if they can work without mentors. Gohan is dead set against this. But it's time I think and the perfect opportunity to test them has come up.

Solomon Grundy has wandered into West City and decided to go all "Grundy Smash!" on the city.


We watched as they fought. The zombie decided it had a crush on Vella. Probably because of the Green Lantern power is similar to Jade's. It chased after her. "Pretty girl no run away!"


Spoiler throws explosives and starts talking to distract the monster. "Why is it evrreyone one always gets the hots for you, and Batghoul? Is it the exotic Orient or something? "


Vella uses the distraction to hit Grundy with a Giant green fly swatter. "In this case it's not flattering. And I'm not Asian; I'm well I guess I'm Eursaiyan."

Spoiler then throws the wrong Capsule at Grundy hitting him with motorcycle that is destroyed when it hits him " Aww man! I just got that thing painted. Vella I wish your mom has labled these Capsules. "

Vincent goes afterThe Super zombie head foirst.. With Cassandra yelling “No! Wait for .. Iron Boy!"

"Bah! I don't need Stark! "They go inside a building. There are some booming sounds and The collapses but not before Vincent is tossed out like a rag doll.

Cassandra glares. " I told.. you wait."

Grundy breaks his way out of the rubble. "Solomon Grundy hate bats!"

" And you.. hurt my boy so your not .. My favorite.. Person either. Besides you smell funny."

She dodges his punch and throws one back wearing those adamntium gloves. It rocks him but he catches her. Spoiler jumps on a car in front of them. "Hey let my BFF go ."

She sprays Solomon in the eyes with Pepper Spray the two girls jump out of the way while Inertia throws rocks at him with his super speed. Then Iron boy slams into Grundy. "Never fear Iron Lad is here!"

"Iron Lad?" Vincent asks.

"Yeah someone said it was cuter so I changed it."

" Okaaay really hoping this someone was girl."

“Oh yeah. But I don't think I'm her type." He blasts the Repulsor rays underneath Grundy blasting him into the air.

Batgirl points. " Now... Vincent Vella work together."

“Fine. Vel can you still use ki or are you just dependent on your Cracker Jack prize?"

"Shut up Vincent."

They both fire a Final Flash yelling "Double Final Flash. "

" When he falls down Inertia..."

" I got it Coup De Gras." He runs I guess the kid runs around the world several times before Solomon falls. The hits with the mass he gained by getting near the speed of light. "

Grundy falls knocked out. " Well Gohan. I'd say they passed. They knocked down Grundy, and only one building for a casualty." I state.

"Yeah but I've been denying it." Gohan sighs. "Well I guess we have to leave now since they can do this themselves now."

"Yes they fall or stand by themselves. But if you still want to do good I have and invitation to another team , the boss just wanted to be sure, these kids were ready first. He has an interest in making sure two of them are safe."

Gohan shakes his head. No. A university has offered me a teaching position I jut have to retire Saiyaman I guess it's time for me to put away childish things. But if you need another team member I have someone for you."

Later in Gotham City.

I can't believe this man is Gohan's father. He acts like twelve year old. "So how do you see outta that mask. That is a mask isn't it? I mean you don't really have no face do you? So who's our Boss ?"

" One Cass "Stephanie says. " You never have enough shoes and two those old sneakers aren't going to go well with your dress for the dance. "

" Ugh! Vella you talk to her."

Vella smiles. "Hey, This is more fun than being at the arcade woith the guys."

" I .. must not know what the word.. fun means. "Cassandra shakes her head. " What did.. Richard want?"

" I don't know he never showed up. Something to do with Jason I think. "

" At least he isn't trying to play hero!" She accuses.


" Actually he had a hero phase as well. But ya know somethin'? Heroes Villains They're just labels for people to put on costumes and fight each other, Don't matter which side your on. the good guys are delusional, and the bad guys are stupid."


She glares. " And you think your better than everyone else still. When really your just as bad as the rest of us, I've heard the rumours about your obsession for the alien skank. She has a tail for grife's sake!"

" Heh. If she had an animal head,ya might have a point. But every thing else is all humanoid believe me."

Then she laughs at me. " Seems she has a powerless crime fighter fetish I hear she's messing around with Red Hood."

He knocked poor Talon across Ross the street, All that Bat well in his case Owl gear could have saved him could have saved him I guess. But I stopped him from hitting the ground and cushioned his impact with some ki energy.

I fought with Sky. But I couldn't stop her. Some blonde chick attacked Black Widow. She looked familiar , but I didn't want to think about it.
I had to stop the Protector Terminator Unit from killing Sky. Good thing Vic was already knocked out and didn't see it.

I was trying to get her to escape when a green light crushes into her.

" Alright Bad robot mutant thing. It's time for you to pay for your crimes. " Great Space Cadet Vella and her little magic ring. I get in between the two.

Vella gives me that saiyan I'm going to rip your heart out look. " Anthony You just let her go! You had better decide which side your on boy!"

"I'm on your side Vella. But Sky did all that because of me. Besides all the people were brought back."

" Not the point, we gave her a chance and she turned out to be evil, That's all she is. All she'll ever be. "

" Your drinking the Vic Sage Kool-aid!" I accuse. " he's paranoid about everyone and and everything! "

She does that smirk thing that actually looks kinda cute on her. " It's not paranoia if they are really out to get you Anthony. "

I shake my head. " What are you doing out here?"

" I was following a filament, out here with my ring, I was thinking it was Bruce Cain."



" Talk about irredeemable. " I sneer.

Her ring leads up to Black Widow's house, and a weird confrontation , a blonde version of Black Widow, Natasha, on the ground bleeding that Vendetta woman and Bruce Cain.

Vella's ring gores crazy " Earth 3 Black Widow, Bruce Cain and unknown .. From the future of this Universe. "


Vendetta laughs at the Evil Widow. " Look little alternate universe chick I don't care what you do here, unless you want to get in the way of me and the woman that murdered me. "

Earth Three Widow Shrugs. " Do as you will. "

Vendetta grins. " You and me are gonna have so much fun Widow.I'll pay you back for every despicable thing you've done to me. A hundred fold Bitch!"

Vella yells " Whoever you are Widow wouldn't do what your accusing her of!"

Vendetta laughs. " Poor Poor Vella, you don't know the truth about lil' Natasha do you? As a kid she was sent to kill Wolverine her "uncle" And if it wasn't for his healing factor she would have succeeded. She used Hawkeye, tried to make him betray the country, then she betrayed hers. She just kept stabbing people in the back until finally she killed me and Fury you know what she said to me? Love is an illusion, survival is everything."


Bruce stares at us. " Aunt Vella, you can leave but Iron Lad. Surrender to me Or I'll tear you to shreds."

" That's Ironboy!" I tell him.

" Haven't changed that clunky name yet huh? " Bruce answers. " Whatever you call yourself. You can come with me on your feet or I can drag you either way."

I blast him with a repulsor he dodges out of the way and comes after me Vella zaps him with her ring and the two end up fighting. Armor grows around Vella's body But she can't seem to keep up with the older saiyan.

I slam into him from the back and when he turns blast him with the repulsors.

I notice something he's not anticipating my moves like he does Vella. Of course if he's Batgirl's kid he would have the same body language thing.The problem is he throws something at me from his belt and it attaches to my armor and tries to bore it's way in.

My security system burns whatever they are off. Next thing I know an Arrow splats on my armor and starts burning off." Poor Stark wannabe you're melting your melting!" Laughs Vendetta.


" Ugh! Acid Arrow! What are you? Arrowette's Future Self?"

" Wrong two more guesses Slag Lad!"

The way your laughing... " Harley Quin's daughter?" I blast at her and the girl is quick with a gymnast's grace she hops over it . " Wrong again! I'll never tell!"

Meanwhile Vella figures out what I did about Bruce. " Well nephew. You can read everything I do before I do it. But you can't read this!" a green hand Smashes Bruce from her Ring.

Next she drops a cartoon weight thing that says 1'000 tons on The evil saiyan's head. Meanwhile my armor keeps melting. I Grapple with Vendetta, and Pull off her mask. " Oh My God! Stephanie?!"




Her eyes grow cold. " Wrong, loser. "

Vella is staring like me. And Bruce laughs. Not really a laugh of humor. " You' think I'd sleep with mom's best friend? You guys are sick "

" Oh No." Vella gapes "That means your..."

" Yup. Auwnt Vewwa." Vendetta glares before Bruce blasts Vella knocking her through several houses. " Hey! Bruce your not supposed to kill her!" Vendetta shouts.


I get angry and run towards, Bruce. " You son of a bitch! You murdered her!"

My armor is melted off too. So I'm just normal, The saiyan grabs me. And throws me down on the ground. " Looks like you get to be a damsel in distress again. What are these bullet wounds?"

He pokes his finger in the wound I got shot by the Monitor. As I scream I see no emotion in his eyes.And Vella was talking about Sky being evil.

" Bruce? " Vendetta. Stares " We weren't supposed to kill Vella. "

" Ha! My aunt isn't dead. " Cain smirks. " For a saiyan a blast like that is but a love tap." He glares at me. " So you still have feelings for my aunt huh?"

" What? No!" I protest.

" Body language doesn't lie my friend. " His damned emotionless eyes bore into me." Let me give you some advice, she likes bad boys not trust fund babies in an armored suit. "

" What about Black Widow Brucie?" Vendetta purrs into his ear. "

" You can do whatever you want with her dear. As for you Junior ." He flicks his finger in my face. I black out. When I come to. I see this man.

The team looks like it's been falling apart. Me and Batgirl went to save Bruce Cain. Vincent is all pissy since Bruce made his existence known, and is looking for him.

Who knows where Iron Boy and Question are ? Last I heard from Stark Jr, he said he was going to make TX pay. Not sure if he got cleared of the charges against him or not. Vella is off with Hal Jordan, learning how to use her ring, and hanging out with that Justice girl. I don't even want to know what Inertia is up to. Well I've been busy with Gwen ( Who decided this morning to wear her cereal.) home work , and teaching Cass to dance.

It's so weird to teach her something for a change, when she's usually teaching me to fight. In the middle of it, Kon and the Devil boy come in .

I roll my eyes. "Yes you came in right before we were about shower together, and have a pillow fight in our underwear."

Cass tugs on my cape. " Um.. I love Vincent.. And um.. How would we um.. you don't have a ... "

" Cass. Don't worry about it. I'm just messing with these two's tiny boy minds."


Then Kon Smirks. " You know Cass if your curious I have some DVDs... "

" Conner!" I shout. " What do you want?"

" Oh HS said we need to get the body of this ghost dude that's been haunting me, Cass' Ex Zero."

" He's.. at Bludhaven.. With all the others... I couldn't save them.. I left to find my mother. .. " And then she sulks off into her cave.

" Nice Conner. Now you've upset her." I shake my head.

He grins. " I see why Tim likes ya."

They fly off I guess to Bludhaven. Well this gives me some time to finish some of my piling up home work.

I finally get done with some calculus.When someone knocks on the door. I open it And It's Connor Hawke. " Please no. Cassandra is not in the mood for stupid."

" Actually . I'm here to see you." He states.

" Um.. What?"

" Yeah. I've given up on Cassie Cain, I keep getting my butt handed to me by someone with a tail, and funny hair. No I was wanting to know if you'd like to go out sometime?"

I keep just keep staring with my mouth open. He continues. " Well since you and Robin are finished, I thought..."

I blink a couple of times. " Um... "

" Okay , you don't know do you well It' s been all over the Internet for months now."

" What has? " I question.

he takes a lap top out of his quiver, and shows me this.


Oh no.. I mean I suspected.. And I was dead for a while.. but to actually see it. Oh man. I needed to sit down.

?: Escape from the Negative Zone

I've been planning to break out Anthony Stark from the beginning of this. Then "Sky" decided to kill people and and whine on national TV. And what's worse is stupid reporters , and activists are trying to spin this into some kind of love story. And Cassandra is blaming herself for all these deaths.


No one is to blame , Not even Fury Or Tony Stark, But TX herself. My contact in SHIELD Gabrielle Jones. told me " Fury's gone nuts Q.he put the kid away with dangerous nuts cases all of them have a thing against Iron Man. Since he can't get The TX he'll get what he can."


" Well. The TX being insane to begin with. With her multiple personality disorder and all. I should have expected a reaction like this A is always A."

" Well I'll get you in to the Negative Zone prison Q, but afterward your on your own. "

" Nothing else is new, I just hope this insanity doesn't elect Stark, Especially since he's going on the tough on bad guys platform. "

" We both know that's load of bull, be careful Question."

" If I was careful I wouldn't be doing this ."

I was dressed as an ordinary janitor and get in easily going to the Negative Zone through the portal sucks. I threw up after going to the other side. Ugh.

After breaking into the ventilation system and rigging it I knock out one of the food service workers, and taking his suit I hide a gas mask and a note in Anthony's food. After looking him over I see the bad guys really did a number.

" Sage where's everyone else?"

" Please stop using my alias." I scold. I push the button on my belt and let the binary gas flow over me and stick my mask to my face. " Now let's get out of here!"

We run towards the portal and are stopped my mandroids , or every superheroes' favorite punching bag. Lucky for me Gabe gave me a remote that screw these things up. They started dancing, after I pushed the button.

But a bunch of normal guards block or escape. Looks like we are going to have fight our way out." Tell me Anthony how well can you fight outside the armor?"

" Not very good at all." he admits.

" That's just wonderful." I mutter and start to attack. After knocking out three or four they start to overwhelm me well if I'm going down they are going to know they were in a fight.

Then someone pulls them off of me . She fights like a tiger and I recognize my old enemy/ally from Hub City , Shiva.

" I find you in such strange places Victor."


"And you Shiva? What are you doing here?"

" I was hired for security here. But I find it boring. i saw your battle with these people and decided to join in. You owe me one Victor.. And i think i can think of a way, You can pay me back we can both enjoy."


Iron Boy stares at us. Then it dawns on him "EEEEW! Your macking on Cass' mom!"

Kids. And "macking" you can tell this kid has been frozen for a couple of years. And if anyone is doing so it would be her. Not that I mind. I grab him by his collar and throw him through the portal " Let's go Captain Tact."

Shiva follows and lucky for me I don't vomit again. We escape the building after beating up some more guards. I had borrowed a capsule ship from Vella that I kept in my pocket. After making it full size we fly away from the scene instead of going to The Team Legacy house we go to my rat hole apartment in West City.


While starting to build a new armor Stark stares at my I believe poster with an alien on it. " You really don't think any of this stuff is true do you?"


" Your little friend the cigarette smoking man is part of a conspiracy with aliens that goes back to Roswell. And besides two of your teammates father is an alien And one of them uses an alien power ring Superman is from the planet Krypton, need I go on?"

" No that's ok."

Shiva leaves saying I can "repay " her later.
good I take a tape out of news broadcasts from the last day. " Anthony. There's something you should see."

I let him see all the results of Sky's rampage.

Mean while I find that a lot of her army has been hurt and she was crippled by a resurrected Mirai. Also all those that died were restored . Damn they are using Dragon balls again. Idiots.

Though she escaped the battle.

The young Stark stares at the walls. " She did this because of me."


" No." I sternly tell him " She did that because that's what her nature is. A Is always A. And Sky Started out a death dealing robot, She will always be a death dealing robot. She cannot change what she is. No one can blame you for what she did. The only one to blame for actions is her. "

Anthony gets a determined look on his face. " When do we make up for our mistake of not killing that bitch? "

" Soon enough ." I smile.

I've been watching.. Vampirella, after Bruce stole the body of .. Mirai. I um Followed her to her mansion. She took out some rock. and mumbled .. Saiyan Killer. And um earlier.. she was yelling at Crime Alley.. that she was going to drink his blood. ..

I can't let... her kill .. my son. He's trying.. to do a good thing.. and His.. Aunt summons a demon to .. Kill him. He has to .. Um know good things get rewarded, and because I know he can be good... But not if he's dead.

I went back.. to my cave, And got some stuff ready.. and got some help.

Then finally. I find Vampirella, again... seems she went.. somewhere. I jump down in front of her I'm not wearing.. My uh. costume. Just normal clothes.

" Vampirella. I um want to ask a favor. I...trained you. You leave my son alone ."


" He's going to do something to my Husband! " She yells.

" He's trying.. to help Mi... M.... Mur... Mirai... Not hurt him. " I try to explain. " He.. knows no one will trust him. Which is why he did things .. the way he did."

She hisses. " You know where he is!"

" Yes. "

" Tell me now!" Her teeth get all sharp.

I stand up to her. " No.. you'll get your husband .. back alive .. soon . He saved Justice three times, he killed those.. things coming after her."

She keeps growling. " He tricked you Cassandra. What your son did isn't for good or to help people. "


I look.. her in the eye. " He.. can't lie to me.. No one can. He has done bad.. things.. but he can change I can help.. and his father.. can too. "

" Maybe I should try wiping out his existence by killing you?" That hurt.... Vampi.. I thought she was my friend.. but her body.. language said she's talking from pain. This.. sucks. I don't want to hurt her.. and she wants to kill me. And she's already stronger.. and faster than me.

Her claws go for my.. um face, I dodge them... And kick her.. in the side.

It stuns.. her..I throw some Batarangs. .. Bruce told me she gets weak when she bleeds. She stumbles a bit but still catches me and goes for my .. neck.
I grab the rock... off of her. And throw it on the the ground.

She tries to grab it when... it's blasted.. by an um... ray.

I smile.. at my best friend.. who was holding the um .. ray gun. In a different.. costume..


" Your plans have been Spoiled Vampi! heh heh! ! " She laughs. " Bulma said this thing destroys everything molecules and all. So there ain't no rock left to go around killing saiyans before they are born."

While she is ... um looking at Steph.. I head butt her getting her to let me go, and I leap up the top of the building. Steph waves.. " Byieeeee!"

As we swing.. To the where I kept our Motorcyles. to go meet Bruce. I ask. " The costume?"

" Ah. in case someone took pictures. I didn't want anyone knowing Spoiler was fighting with Vampirella, Team Legacy has had enough bad press. I gotta go to school so I couldn't have done this as Stephanie Brown either. Why are we fighting other good guys, and protecting bad guys so much lately Cass?"

" My son isn't a... a bad Guy!" I ... um shout.

" Hey Batghoul! Don't rip my head off ok ! It's just with Anthony's love bot, and us fighting SHIELD, and now you protecting a kid you haven't even given birth to yet. "


"If .. it was Gwen.. Would you do any less?"

" You've got a point. "

We take the bikes somewhere outside West City up the hills to where Bruce is .. is Staying with the League Of Assassins. .. I hate that he's leading them. " A bunch of them attack us. I beat .. them down fast.

" What did I tell you idiots?! Do not attack my mother!"

" But One Who is All she betrayed us!" They.. used to call me that... makes me sick to hear them call... him .. that.. bad name.

" And she raised me. protected me, trained me, and cared for me. " He puts his hand up Energy comes from it. " And you will not harm her!"

" Bruce No!" I order.

" Don't strain yourself Mom. Mirai's body is prepared to be dipped into the Lazarus Pit. Now after that you need to activate his sword, by hitting it on the ground, then you have to give it to him. His soul should rejoin his body."


" How do you know this?" Steph asks.

" Because. We did this when Black Zero kills Mirai in the future. Though he wasn't dead this long.. but a week shouldn't matter much if we let him go for a year, we'd get a zombie. So the sooner he's dipped the better. Any other questions?"

" Yeah. who knew that a combo of Vincent and Cassandra would be so hot?"

His body language.. gets uncomfortable. " Thank you for the nightmare fuel Aunt Stephanie. OK Mom. Aunt Steph you'd better stand back. Mirai is going to be crazy for a few minutes. I don't want either of you hurt. "



He puts the body in. After .. a few minutes it.. bubbles, and the water explodes. with .. Mirai screaming. He .. starts laughing insanely, and comes for us.. Bruce grabs him and yells " Mother the sword!"


I strike it against.. the ground... and the wood sword.. turns metal... I feel weird for a second, but I throw it at Bruce who forces Mirai's hand on it. .. Lightning hits .. The older.. saiyan , and he calms down.

" Where am I?"

" Uncle Mirai? Can you hear me? It's Bruce."

Mirai.. looks confused. " Mirai? My name is Trunks. Trunks Vegeta Briefs. " He gets up. " Your a saiyan! Wow! I thought I was the only one left! Though it would be nice if a girl saiyan popped up if you know what I mean. "

He looks at me and Stephanie. " Wow. Those are two cuties!Are you dating both of them?"



" Mir..... I mean Trunks What's the last thing you remember?" Bruce.. looks shocked.

Mirai.. rubs his chin. " Well I had just killed the Android 18 and 17 of this timeline, I am in the timeline where the androids took over right?"


" No." Bruce.. told him.

"Oh well I was going back in time to go tell My Father, and all the rest of the guys I had killed the droids. Cell jumped me I blew him to pieces.. and that's the last thing I remember. Not as impressive as the Cell that Gohan killed, but still not bad huh?"

" Um Sure." Bruce stares. " Trunks? how old are you?"

" Seventeen. Why? Are one of those girls young or something?"

" Um they're both taken, Trunks they are um family members of mine. Why don't you go back to Capsule Corp they can help you there. "


" Yeah ! Your right I can't wait to tell the guys the news! Um what's your name again? "

Bruce shakes his hand. " Bruce Cain. Tell your family I helped you."

Mirai leaves. I look at Bruce. " Was that supposed to happen?"

" No that's new. Maybe we waited too long. Or he could get his memories back tomorrow. I don't know, Oh well Grandpa, and the saiyans owe me so they'll stay out of my business which is what I wanted. "


I look at his.. body language he's lying... maybe to himself as well as us. " We both know .. your not telling the truth .. Bruce. You wanted to help.. you can't lie to your mother. "

He nods. " Yeah but don't tell that to any of the assassins. Well Mom Aunt Steph , take care of yourselves. "

" Bruce.. you don't need .. to do this stuff.. your doing.. you can change. "

He doesn't answer. me.. Just tells his people to leave, the base, and go to another.

Me and.. Steph go back to HQ " Hey. When you have this kid. I want to be god mother , Ok Cass?"

" Tim beat you to.. the god parent.. thing... he made me promise.. Already."


" Cass. I said god mother. If Tim can be god mother, well he has some explaining to do."

I laugh..." OK... I just hope he ... he stays safe."

" Don't worry Cass. He's big and scary, and the rock of saiyan doom is gone. He'll be fine. "

Inertia :Time for a little truth here.

Justice has been goin' around saying I tried ta get with her ha! She wishes. No way someone that looks like that can ride the Thad express. She smells like a weird combination of a fish, and wet dog.

I'll tell ya the truth. I just tried to win points with Vella, By doin' a sympathy date to the "Special" member of her family. ya get what I mean . Special the same way Bart Allen is. Or was. Heh! I just thought of somethin'. I'm the only teenager left to carry on the Flash legacy. Expect a whole new kinda Flash when Wally kicks the bucket.


Where was I ? oh yeah the Justice date. The skank kept touching me. It made me uncomfortable. If she was hot I'd be all for it , but since she looks , and smells like she was some kinda monster. Man I even told Vincent I couldn't take it much longer, and had ta leave. Boy said I should at least make through the dinner and the damn ice show.

She rolls her yes. " Don't call me that. I should leave you here after the way you treated Justice but yeah I'll take you back to Earth."

"OK let's not talk about it anymore alright? " She put a green bubble around me, And drags it behind her And took me off that horrible backwards world.


I smile man I gotta great view back here. " Hey Vell ya know why ya came to get me right?"

" I'm the only one who of the team that can travel in space?"

I grin. " No. Me and you we gotta connection. Ya like me and ya know it."

She giggles but tries to hide it. And says. " Keep dreaming Inertia. You know my father would kill you for talking like that."

" Yeah. We don't have to tell the Super Midget now do we Princess?"

" I'd rather not lose anymore friends. " She sighs.

Vincent:Something's up with Cass.

Ever since she came back from that thing with the Bat Family she's been all weird hiding in her cave, and not even seeing me actually it's especially me.She finally emerges on the day of Mirai's funeral.

Steph is complaining about Rose Wilson, again. At least that Makes Inertia leave. he's fun to hang with , but he also constantly gets me in to trouble. Any way. Cass looks at her. " Tim's body language.. says he still.. likes you."

That got her quiet. Then Cass looked over to me. " We.. have to talk."

We went to a room where no body was and she said. " What do you.. think of kids?"

What? I thought I wouldn't have this scary conversation for a few years. I mean I wasn't born that long ago. " I'm not that sure I actually want them."

She gives me an odd look. " Never?"

" Don't know. The two of us don't exactly have the most sane lives. I mean we're always in danger. No offense to Steph, but I don't think I can put some kid into that kind of thing. And if one of is died , I don't know what kind of effect it'd have on the him or her it could warp them permanently."

She sighs " At the fight.. with the .. mercenaries.. I met this guy... "

While she was looking for the words I kind of panicked. Did she meet some dude she that she was going to break up with me to be with. Then something on the TV distracted her it was that Supervillian show.

None of us have actually found where the hell hat's being taped though someone said Shri lanka, It's no where there. Any way. She got all weirded out by this guy called Bruce Cain. I got a little bit of what's the term Deja Vu from him.

That and I found it a little weird that he has the same name as Batman, But then again there are lot of Bruces in the world. This guy is a real piece of work. He seemingly has taken Cass' place as leader of the League of Assassins.

Then he beats up and enslaves this ape guy. Next he sends killer babes to hunt this guy that annoyed him.

When I look at Cass a tear is coming down her eye and she keeps muttering " No. No no no no no no no."


" Cass ? Is he your brother? " I ask. " Another one of David's experiments?"

She leaves in a bad mood. She punched a table shattering it. And locked her self back in the cave.

I ended up going to the funeral alone. And some saiyans ended up insulting HS And Justice, Vampirella saying they don't belong here and are freaks.And that none of them are related to Mirai. Hs attacks.

I grab him. " We can't kill them1 there aren't that many saiyans left!" I shout.

He tries to burn me. " I'm not taking there abuse anymore. Your against me too! You always were. !" He slams me into some grave I turn SS4.

" Don't make me hurt you." I warn.

He laughs and brings up last time we fought, and ends up eating my knuckles. " One rule about saiyans. We get stronger after every battle."
that and last time we fought he thought me. Well this time That's not going to happen , but I still don't want to hurt didn't last time either really. I guess I lost because my conscience was bothering me last time.

I fire a ki blast like last time . This time when he doges it, i use my speed, to make it appear I'm somewhere else. then I kick him in the guts before he can recover his nose meets my elbow.

While he's reeling he gets a Galick Gun his ki starts going down. " Are you ready to calm down now? "

Next thing i know this blur knocks me down. When HS tries to get up he's smacked down as well. And oddly the Bruce Cain guy is standing in front of us. " You two should be ashamed! Your the man's brother, and his son and you show such disrespect at his funeral!"

" What the Hell are you doing here here you bastard?" I challenge.

He gets a weird Smirk. " That was sister. My parents were an official couple again. by the time I came around."

" Why should I care about your family tree?" I question him . He just chuckles.

Meanwhile trunks puts a beat down on all the saiyans that angered HS. " you punks are just lucky there are so few of us left. Or I'd let my nephew , and sister in law have you! Get out of here! Wait for me at the throne room where I'll decide a punishment for this debacle!"

Dad Laughs. " Your finally showing signs of a real prince."

then the Cain guy Stares at Dad And I can tell they are saying something telepathically to each other. But I'm still not to good at that power yet. so I don't know what they're saying then finally they fly off . Whoever this guy is he's not one of David's normal kids.

Spoiler:The good the bad and the ugly

The good: Me Robin Nightwing, Batgirl, And no Batman Are fighting a bunch of assassins. This is so cool Just like the old days ,and NO BATMAN!!!!! Yeah I'm gonna kick some butt and Take some names,. Did I mention No Batman?


The Bad: Ravager has to come along, And i get to listen to her hit On Robin, Or worse slither all over him like a snake. I'm so gonna puke.


The Ugly : Connor Hawke somehow got wind of this and started following Cass Around like a love sick puppy. I mean it would sorta cute if you know Batghoul had any feelings for him what so ever And wasn't one of the best fighters on the planet , and could brak him if he annoyed her (which he's doing.) and her boyfriend just became somewhere near Superman's power level, according all our measuring devices. ( Though He's really got along way to go to get to Supes'full power and not just KAl-El with a Kryptonian flu power.) His twin sister too, but Vella isn't a danger to him. Well she might be she almost blasted me before she got control of that new power level, and Vincent hasn't yet making him a monkey furred psycho.

So I told Connor to wait for us in a MC Donald's in Hub City. he skipped away yes skipped away merrily , After giving some gossip about the Hulk, and some Kryptonaian chick having an affair. Not sure if I be live that or not.

Nightwing shakes his head. " Hub City ? The cess pool of the Midwest."

" What?" I shrug. "He's a crime fighter he 'll probably get out mostly in one piece. Now let's go beat some bad guys huh?"

Batgirl: Maybe I made a mistake.

Bruce... Is going to , um take away my costume. Richard, Tim, and Barbra are um going to hate me. Because I let that robot girl live.

But.. I saw something in there. She was alive And I've met person the .. trapped in the robot. Vic calls her um ... Ghost in the machine.


" But that's all she is Cassandra, a ghost., the killer machine will resurface, and then go after whatever she wants. Then Stark will fight her again eventually she'll adapt to him, his armor with the Borg tech will adapt to her, I wouldn't doubt the Extremis has already mutated itself after being inside her tech. It'll be a super powered arms race until finally Armageddon."


" There is a living person in their Question..." I um respond. " You want me to let her die?"

He stares.. at me with no face. " Sacrifices must be made."

"You are just a teacher.. Sage.. Not a team.. member It was my um call. "

" And you made the wrong one!" He um yells. " I get that you don't want Vincent to kill but you could have just let Inertia do it."

" No.. more !" I walk out I won't.. hear anymore about killing. Though Inertia Had to zip in ans say. " Hey I can to still kill her now. I could just take her into the Speed Force, and let it vaporise her. She won't feel a thing. "

" NO!"

" Jeez must be that time of the month. " He smiles I punch, but, by the time my fist hits.. is wind, I hear him laughing. Why do we keep here again?


I see Steph on the couch reading newspapers, " Well this sucks!" She ... um declares.

" What?" I ask.

" Take a look." She throws it in my face.


" I.. can't read it." I tell her.

" Be glad. Let's just say everyone is making us look like dangerous psychopaths,and Iron Man as the guy who has to save everyone from the"bad" kids. Oh God! Tim's going to say he was right all along, and i shouldn't have joined a team, but retired, and worse I bet that one eyed Titan skank, is all over him as we speak. "


Vella starts singing " Someones jealous !" Steph starts throwing things. I go outside to be alone. I find Vincent outside petting a dog.

" Are .. you going to tell me .. how my um order was bad too?"


He shrugs. " Yeah like I can say anything after turning SS4 I saw everything as prey. Well except you. It seemed everything I felt was amplified in that in form.. Especially how I wanted you." He grabbed me. "I don't care what any one thinks you made the decision because of your good heart. It's one of the things I love about you."







A voice um makes us stop kissing. " Vincent I would like to talk to Cassandra alone.


"Your here to take away my costume?" I ask.

" No. I heard the true story, And I'm proud of your decision. We try to preserve life, and don't act as Judge and jury. if you need any help just call me. " With that Batman leaves. Looks like I made the right .. order. So I can at least .. feel good about that.
