Vince: To battle a god

Soa after my little rampage, dad made me and the rest of his kids go and learn how to control the ape form. We went to the Team house, and I felt a weird ki there. and it's pretty high. Like dad and Goku at Super saiyan 5 high.

What sucks is Vella is still using the stupid crackerjack ring that she found outside the dentist office.

We run into Iron Boy with some chick who had a very low ki, like she's barely alive , and weirdly she smells like ozone. Vella analyses her with the ring. And she whispers in my ear " She's a cyborg. From an alternate future, It calls her a terminator, but she has some kind of weird power. The ring has blocked out our minds to her , and it's keeping her from scanning us. "


Stark apparently heard us. " hey guys she's my girlfriend alright?"

The robot looks at Vella " He has me take your form in sexual contact."

Vella looks horrified. " EEEEEW!" You know I'd rather Anthony Stark have a toaster take my sister's form, than actually date her, I mean he's cool and all but he's still Tony Stark from another reality.

I will not have her be part of some Stark harem, Justice either which is why I've never let the two meet. And Inertia? Well he's just ...He's Inertia. great guy to hang with, but you don't want him dating family.


Don't know Why Vell won't tell one of the boys she likes that she likes the Likes them. Though One of them is Kon-El I wouldn't like that too much but he's better Than these two weirdos, and he's taken . the other one well there's some complications with a certain teammate of ours being involved with him.. Ok I do know why she's kept quiet. But let's just say I caught her making out with a ring made clone of the guy, and I was shocked and leave it at that.



Any way while I was concentrating on this this really ugly due walks out of the house. " Ah saiyans. It seems where there are saiyans there are Dragonballs. "

I don't know why but looking at this guy made remember what every nightmare I 've ever had. Robot chick started talking. Identify, Subject Darkseid ruler of Apokalyps self proclaimed "god " Powers: Super-strength high endurance to injury. Able to come back from the dead. Fires Omega Effect from his eyes, it can do many things."

This Darkseid breaks a grin. " My reputation proceeds me. You should know I have you other teammates and they are going through many tortures. you can stop that by giving me the Dragon Balls. You see one of your country men a Son Goku Destroyed my planet with a cursed set. But I have punished him I captured him , and made him serve me. "



I couldn't believe it when Goku pops up looking all evil.





" Lord Darkseid. Should I destroy them?"

The 'god' shakes his head. " No. Give hem a chance to surrender slave. "


Goku May not be related to me by blood, but I still call him uncle and to see him being turned into a slave like this and to know he has Cass., and could turn her into this it pissed me off. I turn super saiyan and unleash all my power in a Final Flash. After the smoke cleared he laughed.

" Children these days. Goku beat him , but do not kill him!"

Oh Hell! though Goku isn't in his right mind his fighting skills aren't hurt by that. He blasts me and beats me down in a few minutes. Vella knocks him off of me with her her ring. Darkseid throws this device on her that makes her scream.


" Every nerve in your body is blasting it's pain impulses at once little girl and the device increases your agony a thousand fold. So you can't use your ring or saiyan powers. You really should surrender."


the robot looks at Darkseid and turns into this monster thing. "Sleep." She commands.

The guy looks her over. " Sleep is for mortals. I am a god. A while back you mentioned the Omega Effect, now feel it!"

This weird blast comes out of his eyes. And the Terminator girl gets hurt bad and what looks like a metal cocoon forms around her. iron boy scrams and tries to go hand to hand with Darkseid Iron boy even with his armor is nonchalantly slapped away.

Anthony charges again. " I have sullied my knuckles enough on you Son Goku tear him out of my that tin can!"

In a flash Anthony is out of his armor and on the ground. I try to fight but Goku's fist is the last thing I see before all is black.

I wake up chained in this thing. It was shooting this energy into my body causing massive pain.

" Goku had told me of you " Darkseid is telling Cass Who's standing next to him Please don't let her have been turned like Goku. " And he says The saiyan King has the Dragonballs. You are the leader Batgirl, you can stop their pain, if you bring the balls to me."


" And if I don't" She asks.


" I kill them."He states matter of factly.

" No.." Her voice starts cracking as she gets nervous. " Steph has already died.. once. and Vincent...... I will bring you the Dragon balls. "

"Cass No!" I shout. " Don't worry about us! He can't have the wishes!"


She walks up to me and caresses my face with her hand. " I.. Love you always. " And she walks out the door. Damn she's about to give this guy he secret to being all powerful, and I can't stop her.

Spoiler: Bringing back the Question

I haven't had much time since Batman told me about Gwen. It's weird he's been hot and cold running jerk to me since forever, but he keeps helping me take care of her. When ever I ask him why? he says something like " If only everyone who has lost their parents can get them back. "


Ok enough about Batman being Batman. I hate to say it but I have been avoiding Tim ever since my Last time we talked Cass Says he wants to talk to me , but really I don't need another lecture .

This morning I'm woken up way to early by a call from some other superhero group it seems Vic is stalking some hero girl that shills insurance in her spare time.


So I ended up looking around the house to see who's available to help grab Vic, Vincent , and Vella are off with their dad somewhere. Iron boy was outside smacking around some old dude with an eye patch.

" Who's gonna beat who Fury? " Anthony yells from inside his armor. " Seems you've made a hobby out of being slapped around by a Stark! Now get out of here before you get some repulsors up your..."

Looks like Anthony is busy. I walked out back and saw Inertia arguing with some red head wearing a sun on her costume. Well at least he,s got over his Vella obsession it seems.

Ok he's busy, I find Cass, and And green Arrow's son Connor What is it with her and guys named Connor or Conner? " Come on that guy is not good for you, he spent a night smashing buildings as a giant monkey. "

" Not his fault. " Cass explains. " No one... died he .. just damaged property. "

" It's only a matter of time! " Hawke refutes. " The kid's dangerous. I hear he's threatened to kill members of his own family. What happens if he turns on you?"

Cass gets all red in the face. " HE WON'T!" Woah! In all the time I've known her, I've never heard her raise her voice.

Connor puts his hands on her shoulders." Look, I care aboout you ok? If something happened to you because of that Half saiyan idiot I don't know what I'd do. "

She slaps his hands away. " Loser!" I interrupt this and ask Cass If she wants to help me get the Question. " Yes... It will get me.. away from him. "


I look over to Green Arrow JR. " Hey if you want to keep your arms you'd better quit trying to hook up with Cass. "

He snorts. " I'm not afraid of Vincent. "

I grin and whisper in his ear. " It wouldn't be Vincent that hurts you., But you keep getting Batgirl mad at you and I'll laugh when she puts you in intensive care. "


But in other news Sweet! the old Dynamic Duo is back!


Dammit Vincent! Why'd you have to teach her the bunny ear thing?

Any way. We drive the her motorcycle to where Question is fighting with Erin.

We get up behind him and grab him, and smoke comes out of his belt of all places, when it clears he's gone. Another puff of smoke comes up between us and Erin, and he comes back out of it. " She's a dangerous criminal!"



"Look Question you haven't proven that." I state. " now stop it, or we'll have to fight."

He shrugs. " Do what you will."

" Get ready Batghoul." I say before this green, and black blur goes past us, and smacks Question through a wooden wall.

The blur stops i was expecting Inertia, bit it was Saiyaman.

" You idiot you could have killed him! He's just a human guy in a mask after all!" I lecture.


Gohan snorts " I know what I'm doing. I've been doing this for years now that wall was pretty Weak all Question will get is a few bruises, and a prison sentence for stalking and assault."

Question comes out laughing. " Come in here and tell me about my prison sentence. "

We found all this stuff for faking super powered fights. " This what I was saying she's faking super powered menaces to sell insurance without regard to the people that get hurt in them . " Question smiles under his mask.

So we catch Erin and and turn her in to the police. We get back to the team and house, and notice no one is around. We go in inside and I scream when I see..


Darkseid! He glares at us with this cold look " Tell me children what do you know of Dragonballs?"

What did I do? I replaced the body spray that supposedly attracts girls with. With Well look at Inertia's date.






I changed it with Hatchet Body Spray for girl zombies. Inertia's night is going to be interesting.



After getting Thad back I thought my night would get better, but no I see this at a local store.

Then it was my turn to make a move. I run in and have ta stop Spoiler, , And Great Saiya dork from attackin' him. I think Question's off harassing Erin The Insurance girl again.

So when Grown Kon smashes in I do what comes naturally I punch him in the nose at full ss 2 power. he grins. I punch the evil HS (Wait he was evil in my Universe too, So just adult HS.) They both laugh. " That all you got?"They knock me through a wall. Older me turns SS4 cool I get that strong? He goes after Kon.


the Iron man/boy combo go after HS In super devil form. The older one says "magic against technology!" Let's go freako!" Spoiler and girl Robin. fight with Tim Bats, while the two Cass' are somewhere And Our Vella fights with the Miss Martain Aqua girl. While The older one battles Dark Raven.

I didn't see where the Casses went. And Inertia and Reverse Flash were dealing with Bart. So I decide to Go Help my later self. I fly near Conner, and take out some kryptonite from my pocket.

While Conner is getting sick i get punched by my older self. " Fool! I don't need help! Especially with That damn green rock! We've been fighting since I was basically you! when I defeat him I 'll do it with out help!" He blasts the K rock, and growls. " Where were we Conner?"


I float down see if I can help anyone else vell has ended up outside, as well As HS Versus the Starks. They were Using sonics , and repulsors to stun him, until he did something and made all their tech spazz out.

Right when he is about to finish the two off. I start fighting him he beats me bad. He sneers "Time to go with me to Hell Uncle!" Cass, My Cass Comes out of no where, and hurts my future nephew with a Batarang. Saying "No. You go to Hell alone. "




This is kind of embarrassing. Me the super saiyan gets saved by my girlfriend with no superpowers.

And HS gets real mad blasting huge gouts of flame Cass Runs up to where MS. Martian is fighting with Vella for control of her mind, and ring. and Aquagirl who is telepathically making Question, and Gohan fight one another.

The two telepaths are engulfed in the fire, freeing our side. Question laughs Heh. that' how I taught her."

Gohan shakes his head " No I taught her that!"

A dude in the shadows who looks strangely familiar walks out. I can't see who is though all the smoke. " Though I hate to say it I'd say Batman taught her that."

I don't see who it is because I hit future HS with A Big Bang Attack. He starts flying after me saying how I'm a nuisance until Gohan intercepts him. " Fight someone your own size!" He yells in that fake hero voice he takes on as Saiyaman.

Meanwhile I turn and watch Inertia and his future self drain the speed out of future Bart. " man I could have never done this alone! Thanks kid ! " Reverse Flash laughs.


Meanwhile Dark Raven uses her soul self to swallow Future Vella. "Your light so warm!"

Our Vella screams " No! I did not not see my self die!" She 's about to fire a ki blast and her GL ring's power seems to merging with her natural power.

Than this same yellowish green Ki Explodes from Dark Raven's shadow then it changes to a reddish green hue., And future vell in ss4 form kind of collapses out. "Took all my willpower, but I got out but Raven will.. (huf!) recover before me send her back to Trigon."

" How?" the sis from my reality Queries.


" Use the ring."

" It can do that?" She asks more to the ring than to her other self.

"Affirmative. Power levels at 89%."

"Ok silly ring, I didn't ask how much power you had left send Raven back to her Daddy!"

Dark Raven vanishes shouting for dear life. Tim Batman knocks out the Robin and Spoiler Stephs. Then 12year old Gwen runs out As Bats takes out a gun. " Tim! You can't kill my mom!"

" Gwen? She's still putting you in danger I see. I didn't want this for you, If only Stephanie would have listened to me You deserve better."

" We all do Tim! You and your Titans have made this horrible world! Stop please Stop!"


" It's too late the Timothy Drake you knew is gone. This world is safer, than the one that Legacy wants to make."

" Drop... The Gun." The older Cass comes out of the shadows.

" Cassandra, You can't stop me, but you can join me ." Tim states.

Conner comes flying down from the his battle with older me. " You Bitch! You murdered him now your going back to hell!"

Older me intercepts him. " Super Ki Punch!" My kill move goes through Kon's chest. but he somehow survives with a hole in his chest Older me grimaces. " Sun keeping you alive eh "Superman" ? Okay here's a an old one but a good one Final Flash!"


His ki is gone Future me finished him. This enrages HS, Who attacks all of us but is stopped by Mirai?

" Father?" HS Asks.

" No. Look you can finish your little fight but the kids from my reality. are going back with me. I won't interfere in your battle. "


" They helped cause this !" HS challenges.

" Because you brought them here. Didn't your version of me teach you to take responsibility for your own mistakes?"

" You know what i think? I think it's time For the curse of the son killing the father curse that all saiyans have to happen to you!"

Mirai punches him knocking him out. " I think not, And your not my son, my son is back in my reality. Ok kids let's go home, oh and Vella that ring of yours can travel in time just in case this happens again I want you to know. "

So we're back in our Universe. Cass seems so sad. While everyone else seems about normal.




"Babe? What's the matter? " I rub her shoulder.

" I killed.. Tim.. you killed Conner."

" No that wasn't us that was another reality." I explain. " That's not gong to happen here we won't let it." I use my Ki senses and super hearing. " Right now Kon, And Tim are at Titan's tower, they're arguing over Kon's irresponsible behavior. "

She smiles. Then she looks at me seriously. " HS is not Evil."

"But Grandpa said... "

She gives me a stern look " The same grandpa that.. tried to take over the world? just because.. his parents are .. bad.. doesn't mean he'll be... Your dad was evil.. Both my real parents are.We're fine."

Damn she has a point. " Ok I'll apologise next time I see him I still want to fight him though."

She just hugs me until she falls a sleep, and when I get home I hear It from Mom About how I have all this homework piled up. This weekend is going to suck.

Ok so it was a bad idea. I mean when I found this little Timeline,and saw that Vince's family's black sheep was all bad in this future i thought I should get him all mad, and he's help me beat the Teen Titans, ( Especially Bart. ) Not wantin' to kill 'em mind ya. but I do wanna smack them around some. ( Especially since my Justice breakup scheme didn't work.)


But ya know I shoulda figured Evil Bart woulda seen me. Man he's a Flash himself. But after Grown, and very hot Vella used her ring to teleport us Away from the Future evil Titans.The vella from our reality Starts hitting her ring. " I can't get it to work any more Oh well If the titans come after us. I guess I have to use my own powers."



The grown Vella looks At her strange. " Did you just get the ring? The Guardians didn't give you your Power Battery yet?"

" Power Battery?"

" Here let me show you." she brings out this lantern thing. " Put your ring in it And repeat this oath that Hal taught me."

" Who's Hal? " The teen Vella asks.

A weird smile goes over the older one's lips while The Anthony Iron man rolls his eyes. " You are new to this aren't you Ok repeat after me In Brightest day in blackest night no evil shall escape my sight let those that worship evil's might beware my power Green Lantern's light. "


" Hmph. Now that you two have your cracker jack toys fixed I'd like to know what why I'm seeing myself at the pimple stage." Adult Vincent growls.

The reverse Flash who's me I guess slaps me in the back of the head. " I'm guessin' this punk has something to do with it. "

" Obviously the kids, Gohan And Vic are from a Parallel Universe." Grown Vincent chimes in. " Good don't let your future become this Hell. "

Superman, Batman All of them dies The Teen Titans , and Team Legacy broke up, The Titans got back together a while back and took over the world after beating the last of the good Titans. We got back together as a resistance.' We've been winning it made the Titans nervous. I guess they got you as some kind of weapons."


" And why are you Robin again?" Steph asked Steph.

" Because Tim needs to be reminded what he once was." The older one says.

Our Vincent grunts. " Should have known that evil Bastard HS would join up with the Titans."


" Um. The older one starts. " That's more my fault than anything. i kept accusing of it for so long I guess he went with it. "

Adult Vella interrupts. " I think the Laura breakup, Vampirella dying permanently, And Justice losing the war with Corru, and being executed have something to do with it too."

"then it god odd, A 12 year old Gwen pops up and Argues with Future Cass About being gone so long. and how she doesn't want to take care of the "Super powered brat."

Then all of the sudden Evil Conner Breaks down the door of wherever we are. " Found you."

Tomorrow's Legacy: The Question

I remember how this all started for weeks now Vincent has been babbling. About how the Devil kid is a blemish on his family, and him calling his brother Mirai evrery name in the book.

It's obvious that someone is filling his head with this crap. But the Question is who benefits? Trunks? No. He already has the position of Prince of all Saiyans. Mirai? No. Having his son, and brother at each other's throats would be a negative.

Bra? No. She has no reason. Vella? She has been trying to play peacemaker so she's out. Cassandra Cain? No. She doesn't even know the Devil Kid and would have no reason . Vegeta? No. Too much of a detriment this infighting in the family

The saiyans? Yes. For various reasons. The first two are in fighting in the Royal family could put someone up in a position of power. the second is the worst in saiyan , and human nature they may not want a non saiyan in a position of authority over them. That seems the most likely. So when Vella calls us saying that the boys are fighting I go to Capsule Corp looking forward to To confronting Vince, and finding out if my theory is correct.


I another pleasant surprise is that Vella has somehow gotten a Green Lantern ring. Good the one thing our team has been lacking is magic. Which I've suspected those rings are really charged with. Despite what Hal says.

So we finally calm the half saiyan, when people who look like the JLA interrupt. I say looked because I knew something was wrong when I noticed "Wonder Woman" was a blonde. That was three seconds before I was knocked out by "Superman."



I wake up with adult versions of Miss Martian, Aquagirl, Raven, trying to go into my mind.

The martian was mumbling. " The things at the end of shoe strings are called aglets their purpose is sinister."


Aquagirl says. " Fluoride is not used to clean teeth, it's makes them visible to satellites. "

Raven shrieks, " Their was a magic bullet, it was created by Illuminati mystics to hide the truth. "


Ha. My mind is hard to read,because of my so called " insanity."

The Batman shakes his head. " I told you bringing Sage here was a bad idea Conner."

" Bite me Tim!" Superman shouts.

" Conner Kent, Tim Drake, Cassie Sandmark , I bet the Flash over there is Bart Allen. Sigh. I'm in another damned alternate universe." I surmise.
